Shopping Adventure

To start of this post, I gotta tell you all that the 6 months, 6 weeks and 6 years was not created by me. It was a forwarded mail and I thought of sharing. Where do I find the time to come out with it? Although I find some truth in it. Duh! That’s marriage life huh? A friend of mine once told me that “marriage is a warranty, not a guarantee”, and true enough she got a divorce after 10 years of marriage. What is your opinion?
I have finally replaced by Sony Ericsson K800 with the red C902. Being an ex loyal Nokia user since my first phone Banana Nokia, I have decided to switch to SE after I got sick and tired with the Nokia N series’ functions.
This morning, I rushed to 1U to get hubby’s present for our coming 6th anniversary, then rushed to Restaurant Sunrise to buy half roasted duck, then rushed to kids school to fetch them, while hubby was snoozing in our big King size comfy bed. Zzzz… I hope hubby won’t know about this surprise gift for him and now I am seriously PK after spending so much on it. I don’t expect hubby to buy anything for me cause he has bought me a LV bag and my new mobile phone recently. Besides he is going to pay for all my expenses for my coming Singapore trip.
I will be in Singapore next week for two nights, mainly is to meet up with an American Professor I have known when I was in USA. If I don’t see her this time, I seriously don’t know when I will. I don’t have any plans to travel to USA for the next few years. Other than that, I will most probably meet up with my ex Singapore colleagues and yes! It is Singapore sales now!!!!!!!!!!!! Yiippeee!
So, hang on to it and do come back to see what is going on with me!

Sleep In It

It has been years since I wear babydolls to sleep. I was breastfeeding Iris when she was a baby and so wearing cotton pajamas to sleep is like a routine now. I am thinking of getting a babydoll from Lingerie Diva and they have a large collection of babydolls. There are many designs and colors and there are also babydolls for plus sizes too! I Want To Lose Weight

So, I found out that there is another type and brand of weight loss pills that I will consider taking. As I have mentioned before that I eat and eat and can’t lose weight. I know I should eat more protein food and less of carbohydrates, but I just can’t control myself. A: Ha ha serious. Bloody hell scold him for me. I thought you so keng hee hee.
Me: Now i go spread rumors that he’s gay 1st.
A: Yeah lo idiot hee hee.
So who spread this rumor? I called Ronald up and can’t get thru. Wait, I will call again and taruh him..Hihihi..

My insurance agent gave me a call recently to tell me that I am unable to upgrade my medical card due to my thyroid. So he will go ahead with hubby’s medical insurance and see what happens to my thyroid in future. Even the life insurance quotes he presented me can’t be processed if I wanted an upgrade as well. Stanley & Audrey Wed

Last Saturday was the Audrey’s wedding dinner. I was getting ready and my mom was to come over to watch the kids. For so many years, this was the first wedding that I like the best. It wasn’t like those typical wedding banquet like mine, it has a lot of fun and laughter in it. Well, at least on my side.
Audrey drinks and I told her before that she can’t get drunk on her wedding night. She could after the dinner but not during. I even told her about the ‘PRICELESS’ photos that were being circulating around. If she ever gets drunk during the wedding banquet, I would snap photos of her drunk and post it on my blog. Of course she said “No”.
As you can see from the photo, she wasn’t drunk right? See her beer? She and her hubby even bottoms up when up on stage with crossed hands. Then they were walking from tables to tables, (as usual which is our practice) and ‘yum seng’ a lot. Not only I saw beers in her hands, but also whisky on the rocks! Wah! She can really drink! As for me, even a Pina Colada can make my face red and eyes small. Can you drink?
Then it was time for Audrey to throw her flower bouquet to all single females. I tell you, all these single girls didn’t want to come up front and Audrey started calling names. Still don’t wanna reveal themselves. Audrey went down the stage and went to their tables and got their butts off the chairs! Have you seen a bride like this ah? And I had such a good laugh! She was so fun!
Then her best friend who lives in Canada now sent a homemade video with her wishes, etc to Audrey and I found out that we were sharing the same table as her best friend’s family! What a coincidence!
I also noticed that Audrey’s relatives are really sporting. There was a one piece band and the singer was singing ‘Stand By Me’, one of the aunties stood up and danced. She could dance to the beat and it was very smooth too. Her dad also went up to the stage and danced a bit.
It was joyful wedding and I am glad that I was invited! Instead of the boring and traditional wedding banquet we usually have, this one was fun!
