My mother wanted to go for colon cleanse detox but hubby told her that we don’t know what kind of chemicals or ingredients they use in the cleansing process. I rather cleanse and detox myself by taking the colon cleansing supplement drink or eat more fruits and vegetables. Hence, my mom didn’t go for the colon cleansing.
